The word I would use for Susanne and her team is Godsend. In May of '25 my sister-in-law, Julie, was dropped into our laps - she lived @ 2 hours away, was the victim of a romance scam and was discovered to have dementia. We had to care for her, deal with her bills, dispose of her belongings, and sell her house. A friend who works for Keller Williams referred us to Susanne and she tackled that last task with alacrity. Due to the expertise and professionalism of Susanne and her team, the house sold in @ 2 months. And as for caring... she made us feel that our problems were her problems; she and her husband were even with us through the estate sale, guiding us through the process and managing the details.
Now Julie is settled, her finances are mostly sorted, and the house is sold. We can focus on her care and file away the mortgage, association fees, and utility bills.
